Heart Health for 125 Years

canstockphoto14287705Visit any number of famous clinics for “advanced testing” that claims to extend life. The trouble is that many such facilities offer treatments that do more harm than good. Doctors that work in them often don’t understand longevity biochemistry well enough to evaluate whether a person is on target to live to very advanced age.

So when we created the 125-Year Plan, we needed to put together a group of doctors who could provide insights to help you avoid what even the world’s healthiest centenarians succumb to.

Consider cardiovascular health. It’s wonderful that healthy LivingTheCRWay members may add 15 to 20 years to their life. When they have reached advanced age, though, gut dysbiosis often appears. Then sometime in their centenarian-hood, their heart just stops. Is there any connection between gut dysbiosis and heart failure?

In the Expert Teleconference with cardiovascular specialist, Dr. Todd Pulerwitz, we discussed cardiovascular benchmarks that not only provide insights on short-term cardiovascular health, but what might put you in good stead for the very long term – until you reach your 125th birthday or beyond.  As a Contributing Member to LivingTheCRWay, you can listen to this recording as well as recordings from many other experts who discuss unique, evidence-based approaches to living longer and better.

Visit the Cardiovascular Health forum for insights about optimizing heart health for the long term.
