Expert to Discuss Tests for Ocular Aging

Dr RananiDr. Ami Ranani will be featured at the CR Way Expert Teleconference tonight at 7:30 pm (ET). Dr. Ranani is an optometric specialist, who is passionate about technology to analyze eye health and disease. He welcomes teleconference participants to ask questions related to eye health.

The Somers Eye Center is a beautiful modern facility, with state-of-the art equipment for eye analysis. It is a perfect partner for developing protocols for ocular, brain, Alzheimer’s risk, and rate-of-aging tests – suggested by the CR Way DNA HACR project.

Founded by Dr. Ranani in 1978, the Somers Eye Center is located in Somers, New York, just 15 miles from the CR Way Longevity Center. It is easy to reach by train from Grand Central Terminal, by car from neighboring states or by plane to Westchester County, New York. It attracts patients from all over the world.

Most important: Dr. Ranani offers fair testing costs – just $70 for the Optical Coherence Tomography and Optomap tests, which might cost $600 or more other facilities. Dr. Ranani is enthusiastic about the project so he offers the tests at a generous discount for project participants.

Our eye doctor, Marc Grossman, who has appeared with us on CBS “60 Minutes” and the Barbara Walters Special “Living to 150 Can you do it?” brought the Somers Eye Center to our attention. Dr. Grossman travels quite a distance to see patients at the Center so that he can use its advanced technology for diagnosis and treatment.

LivingTheCRWay members live all over the world. While we welcome you to come here for testing, we realize that is not practical for many of you. The point of the Ranani teleconference is to help you know what to expect when you work with an eye center near you.
